BET ON YOURSELF!
Betting on yourself is the act of using your intrinsic qualities to achieve your ambition. We live in a culture that often decides the skills and abilities required to be successful. This practice works fine for the organization, but can leave you chasing someone else's definition of what makes a good leader, business owner, artist or parent. Betting on yourself invites you to rediscover and leverage YOUR native abilities as you create future experiences and navigate decisions.
WHY?
You have the same human needs as everyone in your hierarchy and it can feel risky to admit that. Opening up a safe space to experiment with intuition, awareness and personal context gives you the attention you deserve to think and create.

YES, AND...
The first rule of Improv is "yes, and", calling you to build upon an idea and make it bigger. This theme is also found in coaching and serves as an incubator for curiosity, creativity and partnership. Moreover, it promotes action and invites clarity through forward momentum and regenerative thought. In contrast, the thief of "yes, and" is "yes, but" , where rumination and doubt grind the creative process to a halt. This can feel like being stuck. Developing and practicing the mindset of "yes, and" interrupts limiting beliefs and offers a venue to fully express yourself.
WHAT IS YOUR ZEALOUS IDEA?
Here are some themes that might feel familiar:
TRUST MATTERS.
There is no hierarchy in the coaching partnership. You decide the agenda, speed and depth. I help navigate with curiosity and confidentiality.

Welcome and thanks for your interest! It takes nerve to wander into the unknown and explore ideas with beginner's eyes. Having navigated those waters myself, I bundled my experience and training to offer you a coach who embraces the unknown and is ready to partner with you.
As an ICF certified coach and business architect, I traversed the highs and lows of the corporate world and left my fingerprints on some positive changes. Now, I devote myself to individual and team coaching, with the aim to positively impact the lives of everyone who dares to pursue their zealous ideas.
I am fluent in English and Italian. You are invited to learn more about me by visiting my public LinkedIn profile: www.linkedin.com/in/david9white

In a 2024 interview, the Academy Award-winning actress, Jodi Foster, said she built a trench around her to survive as she navigated her personal and public lives. When the interviewer asked whether that trench was still in place, she answered, "Yeah!"...."I'm still working on that". I can relate to Jodi as I have felt the need for my own trench AND I have started to wonder whether I still need it. The answer is, of course, highly personal.
What role does the trench serve in your life? How long will you need it?

I like the action verb "pivot" when describing any type of change. The act of pivoting is low risk and requires that you remain in contact with the ground. Pivoting also provides the relative safety of the current environment while you access and experiment with new directions. The human brain is rewiring all the time. Doing a small small action is every bit as valuable as the big leaps. Everything counts!
What pivots are on your horizon?
Are you pivoting towards something you want or are you pivoting away from something you have outgrown?

The adjective "resilient" reminds me of hearty house plants. I appreciate them because they adapt to the adversity caused by my neglect when I forget to water them. Resilience is the ability to endure unpredictable situations and THRIVE in spite of the circumstances. It is different than survival because resilience is not an action, but rather a state of being. The action comes from the behavior and choice to be resilient. It is regenerative and can be exercised and strengthened.
What daily habits do you practice to exercise and strengthen your resilience?
